Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children and adolescents as represented in the caseload through diagnostic evaluations and screenings; crisis/emergency assessment and intervention; treatment planning and assessment; individual, group, couple and family therapy. 2. Participates in interdisciplinary and integrated diagnostic treatment and planning conferences. 3. Consults with area schools, doctors/primary care, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management as applicable. 4. Maintains client records and administrative records consistent with policy. 5. Attends administrative staff meetings as required. 6. Attends seminars, in-service education, clinical supervision, and professional meetings as required. 7. Participates in required trainings.   Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities:    1. Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.  2. Attends variety of meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed.  3. Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement in daily operations.  4. Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements.  5. Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitors.  6. Maintains, regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.  7. Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.    All responsibilities are essential job functions.  II. Position Qualifications:  License/Certification/Education:  Required:  1. In a Masters or Doctoral level program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related program. 2. Satisfactory CORI background check. 3. Driving is not a requirement. Experience/Skills:  Required:  1. Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and best practices to determine appropriate level of care. 2. Can develop and implement treatment plans which are behaviorally oriented, measurable, and appropriate for the identified level of care.
