Position Overview :
V&E Hospitality Group is looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Bartenders. The Bartender is a key member of our service team responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities :
- Beverage Preparation : Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.
- Guest Interaction : Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and engage in friendly conversations. Provide recommendations and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
- Mixology : Create and innovate cocktails while following established recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.
- Bar Organization : Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper storage and labeling of all ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools.
- Inventory Management : Monitor and track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage the rotation of perishable items to minimize waste.
- Cash Handling : Process guest payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and provide change or receipts as required.
- Safety and Compliance : Adhere to all relevant alcohol laws and safety regulations, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service. Support colleagues during busy periods.
