- Pass Peace Officer Training Course (PC 832: Arrest, Search Seizure). (For Investigators)
- Work long and irregular hours, both in and out of the office and in various locations in an assigned area.
- This position may require travel throughout the state up to 50% of the time, which may include overnight travel.
- Exposure to cannabis, nicotine, and other related products deemed potentially hazardous.
- To perform the essential duties of the position with the Tax Investigations & Inspections Bureau, staff must complete and pass PC 832 training.
- Successful completion of PC 832: Arrest, Search, & Seizure, will be required prior to the conclusion of the probationary period and appointment into the Business Taxes Compliance Specialist/Business Taxes Representative classification.
- Those who are unsuccessful or unable to complete the necessary training within the probationary period will not receive appointment to the position.
- Education: For classifications where the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) are based on meeting education requirements only: If education is required to meet the MQs please attach a copy of all of your transcripts that show the completion of the required education. Applicants who completed their education outside the United States (with foreign degrees/transcripts) must obtain and submit verification of United States course/degree equivalency by the time of appointment. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
