What are the responsibilities and job description for the PARK AIDE (SEASONAL) position at CA Exposition and State Fair?

The Park Aide will be required to support interim events, State Fair, and work alternate schedules at times (weekends, nights, etc.). Incumbent will be required to apply basic knowledge in the area of janitorial and event set up. Incumbent will be expected to respond to direction from various sources throughout the facility during and in between events.

Working Conditions
- Periodic Overtime.
- May be required to respond after work hours.
- Operates heavy motorized vehicles.
- Works at elevated heights.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures, airborne dust, fumes, vapors, chemicals, medical waste and blood borne pathogen.
- Performs other duties requiring high physical demand.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
