The Vice President ADUSA Team manages businesses, sales development managers and directors to support clients' achievement of their objectives for innovation, assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotion leading to increased market share, volume and profitability at customers in our coverage. This role may also be responsible for leading customer relationships, providing strategic recommendations and tactical execution of the client(s) objectives while supporting the customers' category growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the clients' products, policies and personnel, and collaborate with the client to develop realistic objectives and strategies for building its business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer trends, promotional activity, consumer behaviors, demographic shifts and best practices to provide industry knowledge.
- Provide senior-level management of client/customer relationships in areas such as innovation, assortment, pricing, programming, shelving and claims management.
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for client and customer relationships, manage company SharePoint Sites, shares files on company platforms and drives and manages client and customer portals as required for success.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve communication, organization, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
