Flooring General Manager / Territory Manager

Flooring installation company have immediate opening for Territory Manager /General Manager.

We are seeking a fully-qualified and experienced supervisor to manage our Charlotte and North Carolina locations.

Position requirements:

• Minimum three years experience in flooring sales and installation supervision .
• Ability to hire, train and motivate all personnel, including lead generators, outside sales/estimators and installers.
• Supervise day to day operations.
• Obtain and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work as a team leader to achieve corporate performance benchmarks for the territory.
• As this position requires management of multiple projects simultaneously, ( typically 10-20 jobs per week) the ability to multitask and resolve all potential issues is required.
