Inventory Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining proper stock levels in the main Canteen by replenishing stock maintained in secured storage areas. Supervise the proper storage, restocking and stock. Supervise and assist with the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying quantity, damage and accuracy of product against bills of lading/packing slips. Advise the Prison Canteen Manager II of any inventory needs for the Canteen. Assist in monthly inventory, supervising Incarcerated Person workers during initial physical count. Systematically count all stock in the main canteen, stockrooms and caged storage areas. Reconcile counts with other team member, recounting when necessary. Collect and reconcile money with accounting cashier and refill photo token machine on a weekly basis.
