Responsibilites:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with clients to design and configure Cognitio solutions to align with business objectives.
Lead workshops and presentations to demonstrate system functionality and gather user feedback.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to functional designs.
Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve functional issues.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Maintain documentation of functional requirements, business processes, and configuration settings.
Stay updated on Cognitio product updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, preferably with Cognitio or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes across domains (e.g., finance, supply chain, operations).
Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and conducting UAT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Cognitio or related platforms (if applicable).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to data analytics, business intelligence, or ERP systems.
Salary : $60 - $70
