We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Cloud / IDMC Architect / Program Manager with hands-on experience in migrating from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC using the Informatica Migration Factory tool.
Preferred Experience: 10 to 15 years overall
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the migration of data integration processes from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Utilize the Informatica Migration Factory tool to ensure a seamless and efficient migration process.
- Develop and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the migration project lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
- Document all migration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
- Train and mentor team members on IDMC functionalities and migration processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in migrating from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC.
- Extensive experience using the Informatica Migration Factory tool.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data management principles.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex migration projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Informatica cloud certification is a plus.
