We are seeking an experienced ML/AI Program Manager/Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, leveraging Agile Scrum methodologies. Your expertise in AI, GenAI, and ML technologies will drive innovation and the integration of these solutions into impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI/ML product development, from concept through to execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and goals.
- Drive project timelines, deliverables, and sprint planning within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Continuously evaluate AI/ML trends and technologies to innovate and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Strong background in Program Management and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch.
- Prior experience in the Bay Area or similar fast-paced tech environments is a plus.
