Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of complex products and programs. This role requires strong project management expertise, strategic planning skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering, product management, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end program lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.

• Develop and manage detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and risk assessments.

• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline development and execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks.

• Ensure smooth cross-team coordination and effective stakeholder communication.

• Track and report key KPIs and program metrics to leadership.

• Advocate for continuous process improvement and best practices in program management.

• Support go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis to optimize product success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

• Experience managing software development, cloud, or SaaS-based products.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in program management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
