Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Reporting to the Practice Administrator, this position is responsible for daily operations at the clinic site managing the front and back-office activities, as well as provider relations. This position is responsible for workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures within the clinic space. The incumbent will manage daily work queues to ensure correct billing and registration edits, manage physician schedules to include office and procedure/surgical schedules, build all provider templates, and create and maintain group call and emergency department call schedules. This position requires a thorough knowledge of clinic operations and assures resource allocation and removal of barriers for desired outcomes. The Practice Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs and staff for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. The incumbent is responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings. This position will work with Saint Agnes leadership to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience. 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field with six (6) years of related experience or Associates degree in Business or Healthcare related field with eight (8) years of related experience is required. 2. Two (2) years of supervisor/manager experience required. 3. Valid California driver's license is required. 4. Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a team is required. 5. Proven ability to organize and manage workload is required. 6. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral is required. 7. Ability to handle matters with strict confidentiality is required.
