Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of pipefitting, including stainless and carbon steel pipe welding. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to work with hand tools effectively. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install piping systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Maintain and repair existing piping systems as needed to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform fire sprinkler fitting tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute pipe threading and welding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate measurements and ensure accurate installations.
- Work collaboratively on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Use hand tools effectively for cutting, bending, and joining pipes.
- Plumb pipes to ensure proper alignment and drainage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role in a construction environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to pipefitting tasks.
- Knowledge of fire sprinkler fitting techniques is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
