Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in graphics, that's a plus! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our order processing system and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is Monday to Friday 10 AM - 5 : 30 PM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order and Quote Entry : Accurately enter orders and quotes into our system by interpreting customer requests.
- Customer Communication : Communicate with customers via email and phone, answering questions, building rapport, and providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Front Desk Backup : Serve as a backup for the front desk, assisting with reception tasks when required.
- Cultural Alignment : Embody our company values and contribute positively to our culture, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications :
This position will pay 18-22 per hour
