Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. If you have a background in graphics, that’s a plus! In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our order processing system and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is Monday to Friday 10 AM - 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and Quote Entry: Accurately enter orders and quotes into our system by interpreting customer requests.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via email and phone, answering questions, building rapport, and providing assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Front Desk Backup: Serve as a backup for the front desk, assisting with reception tasks when required.
- Cultural Alignment: Embody our company values and contribute positively to our culture, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Experience in a graphics-related field is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
This position will pay 18-22 per hour
