The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. Compensation :

90,000 - $150,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including court appearances and legal proceedings.

Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies.

Provide counsel to clients, helping them navigate their options for the best outcomes.

Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficiency.

Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and court procedures in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Qualifications :

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida, specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity.

Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw / Lexis and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions.

Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
