The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process for electric tricycles, golf carts, and utility vehicles. This role focuses on outbound outreach, following up with inbound inquiries, and setting appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. The SDR plays a key role in building customer relationships and contributing to overall sales growth through consistent communication, lead tracking, and product knowledge.
This position requires strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads and set up meetings
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budgets, and decision-making process
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information and interactions
- Educate potential customers and dealers on Cabase’s product offerings
- Travel to meet with potential dealers and customers, conduct on-site presentations, and close deals
- Negotiate and manage dealer contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build pipeline
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and customer experience
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (Powersports, golf carts, UTVs, or ATVs is a plus)
- Previous experience in a startup or small business setting highly preferred
- Experience working with dealerships or dealer contracts is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel and represent the brand at external events
- Leadership qualities and a willingness to step up when needed
