Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads both in-office and through outside sales efforts. This role is crucial in helping expand Cabase EV’s dealer network and direct sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a strong communicator, and passionate about the electric industry. Experience working with start-ups or small businesses is highly preferred, especially in the powersports industry, including golf carts, UTVs, and ATVs. This role is full-time & ON-SITE.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads and set up meetings
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, budgets, and decision-making process
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information and interactions
Educate potential customers and dealers on Cabases product offering
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads
Travel to meet with potential dealers and customers, conduct on-site presentations, and close deals
Negotiate and manage dealer contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, providing ongoing support and communication
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions
Qualifications
1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (Experience in powersports, golf carts, UTVs, or ATVs is a strong plus)
Prior experience working with start-ups or small businesses preferred
Experience with dealerships, dealer contracts, and relationship management is highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Willingness to travel for outside sales as needed
High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
