We are renowned for our clambakes and offer a memorable experience to visitors from June 15 to September 2. Our ticket booth, situated at Fisherman's Wharf Inn, serves as the gateway to our exciting events and ferry service.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a seasonal Ticket Booth Representative. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable handling cash and navigating our reservation system.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, serving as the initial point of contact.
- Effectively manage ticket sales and reservation processes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phones and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Check-in customers and issue tickets promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to creating a positive and memorable customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Comfortable working a full-time seasonal schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
Training:
While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who demonstrates the qualities and enthusiasm needed for the role.
