The cabi outlet is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to create and execute the daily business operations of retail store.

Overall Function:
Responsible for creating and managing daily business operations, revenue generation, expense control, customer service, logistics, personnel management, and the development and execution of sales plans. Store Manager will leverage the power of relationships to build a strong base of repeat customers and cultivate a culture of growth and accountability in which employees can thrive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Creates and provides a unique customer service experience
· Actively clienteles
· Recruits, hires, and trains qualified employees
· Weekly scheduling
· Merchandises products in compliance with company presentation guidelines
· Responsible for gathering and maintaining pertinent data for weekly/monthly and annual financial analysis
· Well versed in LP procedures and holds all team members to the highest of integrity standards
· Profit and loss responsibility
· Communicates effectively across all levels of management
Qualifications:
· 3-4 years proven working experience as a retail assistant store manager or store manager.
· Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.
· Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc)
· Prior experience training, coaching, and counseling employees.
· Experience in analyzing data to track sales & KPI performance.
