Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload products efficiently.
- Manage order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for customer pick-up or delivery.
- Deliver Lighting and/or Cabinets to customers' homes or businesses
- Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records in the Quickbooks system.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Receive inventory from vendors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse space.
Experience
- Clean Driving Record mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus; certification may be required depending on company policy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong Customer Service Attitude is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.5 – 40 per week
