- Planning: Align all work and resource management with CPMC mission, vision, values, goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Results: Develop yearly budgets for departments that align with strategic goals and monitor actual expenditures against budgeted amounts.
- Quality: Identify quality standards, measure performance, and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and continuously improve processes.
- Management of Staff: Determine headcount needs, devise work schedules, hire high-quality personnel, and communicate effectively with staff.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all CPMC policies and procedures, laws, regulatory requirements, and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
