Whether answering inquiries, addressing concerns, or guiding customers through the ordering process, your expertise will ensure they feel supported and informed. We're looking for someone who loves engaging with people and is excited about helping them find the perfect solutions for their projects!
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with their orders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve any issues or questions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborate with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with using a computer and browser-based tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to think on your feet.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A passion for delivering amazing customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with order management systems or CRM tools is a plus.
