Cabinetry by Karman is looking for a Full-Time Production Employee. Karman is conveniently located in the Murray/Salt Lake City area. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a strong team, our Production Position will be a perfect fit for you. The starting wage for the Production position is $17.00/hour.
Karman is a cabinet manufacturing company that is owned by Wellborn Cabinets. We build quality cabinets and deliver them to distributors throughout the western United States. Our Mission is to deliver consistent quality, on-time, while we work every day to exceed our customers’ expectations.
In this role you will be assigned to one of our Production teams helping to build cabinets. Our managers and team members will help you to learn your role in this entry level position. You will work with your team to meet the production requirements daily. If you are punctual and able to commit to our schedule, we would like to have you join our team.
Essential Requirements of Production position:
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds and be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Must have EXCELLENT attendance.
- Production employees must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Production employees must have excellent attention to detail and safety.
- Overtime is mandatory.
- All applicants must have appropriate documentation of work authorization to complete I-9 E-Verify requirements.
Full Time Day shift starting at 6 AM Monday through Thursday with some Fridays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
