SOUTHWIND BUILDING PRODUCTS has an immediate opening for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
The Customer Service Representative will take customer orders and answer customer inquiries in compliance with established Company standards and procedures

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Take orders (approximately 40 - 80 per day) and key into AS400 system using computer
- Works closely with the salesforce and various departments
- Reviews daily order status report for follow-up
- Process customer mailings by folding letters and placing into envelopes
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Works with minimal level of supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to the Customer Service Manager.
