Job Description
Temporary clerical support for Human Resources Department, concentrating on recruiting and administrative tasks. This position will be part time and has the potential to transition to full time based on business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Phone screen candidates for general information and set appointments for interviews.
Create all new hire lists and distribute as necessary.
Schedule all new hire drug screens.
Prepare all materials for new hire orientation and assist in orientation class.
Filing; maintaining all application files.
Place classified advertisements as directed.
Take photos for Kronos ID badges; dispense replacement badges.
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer literate
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
Excellent communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management abilities
PREFERRED
One year experience as an assistant
