Job Description
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal and follow said instructions.
- Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures,
- Work in a safe manner and as part of a team.
- Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.
- Prioritize work based upon job due dates
- Maintain focus on completing the most critical jobs first (based on discrete job information)
- Work closely with Expediters, Leads, and Supervisors to understand priorities and communicate when critical jobs are completed from department to department.
- Learn multiple roles which will include machine operation, set-ups and tool changes, and quality inspections throughout the production process to become a flexible asset in helping the plant maintain high On Time Completion metrics
- Receive lock-out-tag-out training and perform consistently when needed
