JOB SUMMARY:
The A/R Associate is responsible for performing accounts receivable activities across all business channels on a daily basis. This role is part of a cross-functional team that ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit memos, special billings and deductions. Also responsible for reconciliation and various daily, weekly and monthly reporting. This role interacts with multiple departments to identify, investigate and resolve invoice billing and reconciliation issues.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily billing and invoicing activities.
· Key and process credit and billing requests. Working cross-functionally to validate, research, obtain approvals and answer questions.
· Run reports and analyze data to detect invoicing delays and discrepancies.
· Work cross-departmentally with Sales, Customer Care and other teams to resolve issues and root-cause resolution.
· Provide invoice and billing records as required to support audits.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· High School diploma or GED.
· 2 years billing, accounts receivable or related discipline experience.
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), particularly skilled in Excel.
· Experience working in multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred.
