Job Description
As a Production Worker at Cabinetworks Group, you will be an active member of our department, participating in safety programs, attending daily meetings with leads, taking direction from supervisors and leads, and being flexible to move within the department and plant as required by production demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary.
- A strong attention to detail is critical to success in this role.
- Excellent team skills are essential for collaboration and communication with colleagues.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate with various departments and personnel to ensure all necessary workflow documentation and paperwork is completed.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Must be 18 years of age by date of hire.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
