Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders and maintaining inventory accuracy within our warehouse environment.
The Linen Fulfillment Lead primary responsibility is to assist the Linen Fulfillment Supervisor in the daily oversight of the linen fulfillment centers, including processing laundry according to CFY policies and procedures to ensure all linens are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all operations of the linen fulfillment centers
- Verify and track linen weights shipped to & received from Brightwater Laundry for accuracy.
- Review departure property lists daily to ensure all bags have been picked up by designated time and alert Housekeeping Managers of any bags still pending pick up.
- Review departure property lists daily to ensure all soiled linen bags were returned and alert Housekeeping Managers of any missing.
- Prioritize Specialty Items to ensure they are returned to the correct properties within 24 hours.
- Monitor work performed in the designated areas and assigned task logs.
Skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Strong team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- A proactive approach to process improvement initiatives within the warehouse setting.
