Shift: 2:30pm-11pm *2nd shift
We're searching for a Full-Time dependable Maintenance Technician to join our cabin rental team. As a key part of our crew, your job will be to keep our properties running smoothly. From basic repairs to wall patching and touch-up painting, your role will ensure our cabins stay in tip-top shape and our guests enjoy a hassle-free stay.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, in addition to "on-call" rotation. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a family environment.

Skills and Daily Task
- Basic IT skills encompass troubleshooting issues related to TV, internet, WiFi, cable, and satellite services.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain all property aspects, including homes, equipment, furniture, and systems, to identify any issues, ensuring tasks are completed in time for guest arrival
- Execute routine maintenance and general tasks like landscaping, painting, and carpentry while addressing issues like broken or leaking plumbing
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and proof of insurance
- Clean driving history
- Understanding of all aspects of residential maintenance repairs
- Standing and walking required, as well as bending and squatting. Heavy lifting of up to 70 pounds and heavy carrying of 45 pounds or over required
- Climbing and/or ladder work is required. Full shoulder, knee, elbow and wrist range of motion are needed to perform tasks
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above
- Good sense of direction and familiarity with the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area
- Must have access to internet and email and be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
