Become our behind-the-scenes hero as our Operations Runner.
With 450 cabins in the Great Smoky Mountains, North Georgia, The Florida Panhandle, and the Alabama coast, our family-owned company offers everything from mountain views to hot tubs, arcade games, and plenty of room for pets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver requested items to specific locations, such as loaner items, locally ordered stock or special purchases using the company vehicle
- Light Maintenance tasks as needed
- Facilitate in-house guest requests to meet guests' expectations
- Pick up cabin garbage and act as a courier when needed
- Strip linens and return them to the fulfillment center as needed
- Providing cabin inventory items to specific properties and installing them in the correct locations
- Process all inventory items in the inventory app for billing purposes
- Delivery for maintenance technicians who need special supplies, parts, or tools
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck with 4-wheel drive
- Must be 21 years or older to drive the company vehicle
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Able to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
- Good sense of direction and familiarity with the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area
- Must have access to the internet and email and be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Open interviews Mondays and Fridays between 12 pm - 2 pm

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
