Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is currently hiring top performing Automotive Sales Associates in the Kansas City area, that are ready and looking for an opportunity in the Finance Department.
Position Overview: This role represents an exciting transition into our Finance Department for experienced Automotive Sales Associates who demonstrate exceptional sales performance and a strong interest in finance management. Since this is a move into a Finance Manager position from sales, all Sales Associates MUST be able to show a record of monthly sales, as well as vehicle grosses. Candidates will spend a minimum of 90 days in the Finance Training program (which takes place while you're on the floor selling) before moving into the Finance Office. Training on the DMS system, lender relations, systems and controls, processes and procedures, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets and vehicle gross profit margins.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with Finance Managers to structure deals that meet customer needs and dealership profitability goals.
- Participate actively in the Finance Training program, demonstrating a commitment to mastering all facets of automotive finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Sales experience with a proven track record of monthly sales and vehicle grosses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred.
