Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join one of our Finance teams in the Greater Kansas City area.

Pay : $15/hr - 17/hr based on experience

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Professional and courteous phone and customer service skills
- Gathering of information/forms
- Handle all credit, DMV, purchase and leasing documents
- Breakdown of the deal
- Communicating with Finance Managers regarding deals
- Scanning deal into deal jacket
- Submitting contracts for funding
- Processing warranty cancellations
- Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I department
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating a PC, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Google Docs and Spreadsheets
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently if necessary
- Self-motivated, great attitude, high-energy and helpful personality will be a huge asset
