General Maintenance Technician

General Maintenance
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a General Maintenance Person to assist with outdoor property upkeep and
basic maintenance tasks. This role involves landscaping, mowing, changing AC filters, and
general facility maintenance to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. The ideal
candidate enjoys working outdoors, is detail-oriented, and can handle physical tasks
efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants
a stable, hands-on position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, and upkeep of outdoor

spaces

• Change AC filters and conduct basic HVAC maintenance
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure grounds and facilities remain clean and presentable

Qualifications:

• Experience with landscaping or general maintenance preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
