Pay: $40,000 minimum salary with commission opportunities

As a Service-to-Sales Representative, you will play a key role in engaging with customers in the service line, introducing them to our sales team, and encouraging them to explore potential vehicle upgrade opportunities. With a provided script and a straightforward approach, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is motivated by performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Approach customers in the service line to initiate conversations about upgrading their vehicles.
- Follow a provided script to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Transition interested customers to the sales floor for further consultation.
- Build rapport with customers by answering basic questions and providing a welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow a structured script while maintaining authenticity.
- No prior sales experience required; training provided.
