Job Overview:

This role involves installing customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of reception performance issues, and maintaining proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to lift up to 80 lbs, and work effectively in small and confined areas as well as in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties
- Troubleshoot and repair reception performance issues
- Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination
- Suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on their new/existing equipment
Requirements:
- Good driving record and valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed
- Problem-solving skills
- Lift up to 80 lbs
- Work in small and confined areas
- Work in all weather conditions
