Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in underground operations or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and biannual Motor Vehicle Record checks.
- Ability to read construction blue prints
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in safety management or related field.
- Experience with heavy machinery operation.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Valid and current driver's license (Class A CDL preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the underground plow crew.
