- Provide on the job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Assign daily tasks to in-house field engineers
- Perform audits of submittals from field engineers to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices
- Review daily production reports, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate for areas walked out
- Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Possess a valid driver's license (class "C" minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position (possibly class "B" - light commercial)
- Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction field and prior supervisory experience in construction or related field
- Routinely: capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions, able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift, standing and walking 4-8 hours daily
- Occasionally: lift and carry 50- 60 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and repetitve motion (grasping and manipulation)
