Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Is currently employed as a restaurant manager or operations manager.
- Has a proven career trajectory in the fast-casual or fast-food industry.
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Executive Chef within a fast-casual restaurant concept.
Your Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring delivery of the highest-quality, healthy, fresh food while maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and inspire a team to create an exceptional dining experience.
- Implement and maintain operational standards to ensure a successful restaurant environment.
