Cabrera Construction, a rapidly growing company with multiple locations expanding across Washington, is seeking a friendly communicator with strong organizational skills to join our appointment coordinating team. As a Call Center/Appointment Scheduler, you’ll convert warm leads into appointments, scheduling consultations for Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Bath inquiries. The ideal candidate enjoys sales, is motivated by hard work and high earning potential, and is dedicated to being a team player.

Schedule:
- Tuesday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while managing calendars.
- Provide information about our services and assist clients with inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
