Nurse Training – LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

The Career Pathways Training Program (CPT) covers ALL tuition, training, books and admin fees so you can focus on your educational goals rather than the financial burden.
Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, you will be considered for a Full-Time position at Cabrini of Westchester with good pay and great union benefits.
Nurse Training – LPN Eligibility Criteria:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Once you join the CPT program, you must remain enrolled full-time in the LPN training program.
- You must complete your LPN program within three years or by the end of 8/31/2027.
- You must commit to a three-year service requirement working as an LPN in New York State.
Current LPN Pay: $33.98 per hour plus 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. NOTE: This is the current, starting rate for an LPN who has completed LPN training, passed the NYS exam, obtained an LPN license and was hired by Cabrini of Westchester.
