As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the daily operations of our office, enhancing overall efficiency. Acting as the key liaison between management, technicians, and customers, you will ensure smooth communication and coordination. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - DISPATCHER?
We're looking for someone who can work 8 hours per day between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Additionally, this role may require occasional Saturday work to effectively reach our customers. We will ensure to provide notice of any variations in your daily hours or additional days required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in the HVAC industry
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends
- Ability to read a map and geographical knowledge of our service area
Industry experience in dispatch and coordination is preferred but not required.
