QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION PROJECT SUPERVISOR
- Experience as an HVAC installer with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and manage logistics and schedules
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
