YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time coordinating role typically works Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Actual hours may vary depending on seasonal demand.
YOUR DAY
As an Installation Coordinator with our heating and air conditioning company, your day starts with reviewing the installation schedule and coordinating with sales representatives to fill the team's calendar with outstanding work. You monitor open sales opportunities and ensure the install team remains busy and efficient. Throughout the day, you plan and schedule installation appointments based on availability and customer preferences, regularly updating the installation calendar. You interact with clients daily and ensure they receive the best customer service possible while communicating their business needs.
You manage installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring all customer estimates are completed and followed up on. You address customer inquiries about workmanship, products, or financing, acting as the primary point of contact. You prepare installation contracts, work orders, and permits, coordinating with the administrative team for accurate paperwork completion.
You order and coordinate materials and equipment, ensuring everything sold is delivered to the job site. Throughout the process, you maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry standards, collaborating with inspection authorities to facilitate inspections.
By the end of the day, you process job packets, verify payments, and resolve any customer concerns, ensuring every detail is addressed for a smooth and efficient installation process.
