HOW YOU'LL LEAD OUR TEAM TOWARD SUCCESS
Our HVAC installers typically work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
As our Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will supervise and mentor installation employees, set work priorities, evaluate performance, and coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency. Your role will include interfacing with homeowners and building inspectors to arrange installation dates, ensuring necessary materials and equipment are ordered, and visiting job sites to monitor progress and work quality. You will provide guidance and training to crews on the proper use of materials and workmanship, manage job documentation, and resolve customer issues. Additionally, you will ensure that all jobs are permitted appropriately, meet inspectors for inspections, and may occasionally cut, build, and install ductwork and furnaces. Your responsibilities also include returning completed job documentation and payments to the office, preparing required paperwork, and evaluating staff to determine and fulfill training needs.

HOW TO BECOME OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
- 3 years of residential experience as an HVAC installer
- Experience leading a team of HVAC installers
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with the use of smartphones, email, and Microsoft Outlook
