Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen.
