Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic information management activities including, but not limited to, management of inputs from other contractors; the tracking, coordination and archiving of internal and external engagement opportunities; coordination of ad hoc and recurring stakeholder meetings, tracking of key project-specific meetings and working groups; maintaining a management action items tracker, and supporting the lifecycle of informational content
- Facilitate the distribution of new tasks to various PMO stakeholders
- Update and maintain task trackers, ensuring accuracy of information
- Request status updates from various stakeholders, ensuring timely completion and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Monitor program task progress, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time
- Coordinate communications between program stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Develop presentations, briefing materials, talking points and other communications deliverables
- Conduct technical editing of project materials such as documents, presentations, briefing materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience supporting executives and program managers within the Department of Defense (DOD) or related agencies
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience for US federal government clients
- Client-work in support of the leadership in a Program Management Office (PMO) or Program Executive Office (PEO) in the Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal government agencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, stakeholders, and government officials
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management and design tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, plan, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and strategic environment under minimal supervision
- Experience with MS Teams Planner or similar tools for task management and tracking
- Engage in process improvements and optimization
- Ability to handle less routine tasks and provide support as needed for additional PMO front office services
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
