What are the responsibilities and job description for the Life Skills Paraprofessional position at Cache County School District?
This is a part time position starting March 4th, 2025 and will go to the end of the school year, with possiblity of renewing the position for the following school year 2025-2026. The hours are 9:00-3:30 Monday-Friday. The positions will close when filled. The rate of pay is $15.61 per hour.
Job Description: Help students with goals that were set for them, access their general education classes, participate and socialize with peers, and manage behaviors. Assist with hygiene, feeding, and toileting of students in the classroom. Must be able to lift 45 lbs. There will be a possibility of using behavior management skills. Will assist one or more students.
Qualifications: High School diploma. Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $15.61 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
