What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Operations Technician position at Cache Energy?
You will get to lead the scaling and deployment of an unprecedented energy storage technology to market. You will be improving the performance of the existing energy storage unit and scaling to 10X larger systems that will be deployed across North America and Europe. This is a hands on role. The ability to move fast and the knack for getting things done is necessary. Prior experience in running and troubleshooting pilot/commercial scale thermal/electrical/mechanical equipment or processes is preferred. 2 experience in Chemical and Manufacturing industry is preferred. Understanding of electrical circuits and integration is preferred but not necessary.
- Run trials on existing unit under varying operational parameters
- Leverage learnings to help build 10X larger energy storage systems in parallel
- Lead planning for assembling multiple commercial systems

- Ability to act as a team player in a cohesive team, constructively seek and provide critique
- Constant willingness to learn and improve
- Lead testing, scaling and efficiency improvement of energy storage units
- Lead planning for manufacturing multiple commercial units
